What we collect

Only what you type into our booking or event enquiry form:

• your name and phone number;
• for rooms: check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, room type, and any coupon code you apply;
• for banquet or rooftop events: event date, number of guests, occasion, and your message.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, or passwords on this website.

Why we collect it

To call or message you back about the room or event you asked about, and to prepare your booking. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.

By sending the form you consent to us using your details for this purpose.

Who can see it

• The hotel’s authorised staff, through a password-protected admin panel.
• Service providers that run the website for us: our database provider (Supabase) and our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare). They process data only to provide those services.
• If you choose “Book via WhatsApp” or tap a call button, your message goes to WhatsApp or your phone dialer, which have their own privacy policies.

The map on our Contact page and our fonts are loaded from Google, which can see that your browser requested them. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for up to 12 months after you send it, then delete it. If you become a guest, hotel records that the law requires us to keep (for example guest registers and invoices) are kept for as long as the law says.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. The staff-only admin panel keeps a temporary login in the browser tab, which is removed when the tab is closed.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database that visitors cannot read, and only authorised staff can open them. No online system is perfectly secure, so please do not put sensitive information (such as ID or card numbers) in the message box.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us or call, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Children under 18 should have a parent or guardian send an enquiry on their behalf.
